JN DaVinci Bat SLE 12m²
They where as fast as it gets, super stable, and I still use them. Still got my 15m² and 8m² as well.
Floating battens and all.
I'll miss them when they go one day

Agree, about the 15m2 Davinci Bat !

Awesome kite in light winds, even many years after its "birth" :thumb:

Thought you might get a kick out of these. The 1st photo is of our 2004 Bronco, Zen and Mako boards and the next 3 are of the very 1st kite our head of design, Ross Harrington made back in 1998. Yes, it flew and yes, he took it on the water. Once.

You must have owned some really crappy bow kites, if the wind range was better with the Fuel :o

Is it newer bow kites (= SLE kites today), or some from 2006 you are comparing to ?

Seems very very odd, unless you got some bad ones....

I still have every size of the 2008 HP. The 10m is the best kite ever made :D . I have two of the 10m. :P :P
