Asia in December/January

Hey guys!
I am looking to do a 3 week kite trip in or around Asia. Thinking Bali, Thailand, or Philippines. I am looking for flat-ish water, chill/cheapish accomodation but maybe with a decent party if the need arises. Not Boracay crowded on the water though. If anyone has any opinion I would be all ears to hear your input! Thanksss!

Have a look at this! They have wind from Jan-March on flat water. The other season is from May-October with waves and flat.

Philippines, not Boracay, you could find flat or flattish water in Palawan (QI Palawan), Coron (250k) or Cuyo Island

I've been at QI last January, good wind and very flat water

Heard of your place from a kiter based here in Shanghai, but its still freezing cold there.. when its board shorts weather ill bring my 7m ; )
