No, and for numerous reasons.
1. It is a long boat ride from any of the inhabited Cayes.
2. No beach to land or launch, meaning you would have to boat launch.
3. Coral, coral and more coral to tear up you and your kite and the bottom of your board.
4. It is a protected marine reserve.
5. There are usually several large scuba diving boats parked in and around the site..
6. there are a lot of good kites sites closer to mainland so why bother?
7. The wind is usually light and you would not want to be way out there if the wind dies down.

You wanna kite over a big ass hole, check out Bikini atoll, where the first H-bomb was blown off. If you believe Wiki, people pay $4K to dive there for one week, so it can't be all too dangerous radiation-wise. Put that on your bucket list. Do it in honor of the itsy bitsy women swim outfits :thumb:

Oh and don't forget the 6 or so 12 foot Bull sharks that live there. When I dived there the tour gide forgot to mention that bit as well.
