Welcome to the land of coastline and water Joerg
(just a fact that we got one or maybe the most coastline compared to size, of all countries over a certain size, as islands and group of islands has the biggest of course)
The wind will be Southeasterly the next week yes.
Which means our big wavespots is not working for kite and windsurf - but you might get some smaller SUP or surf sets rolling in, but would not count on that....
Hvide Sande is the place, if you want to ride TT in shallower water and with company, as it is a closed "Fjord" and usually more windy in all directions, than other locations.
And you might be able to find a few surf waves on the outside too, eventhough usually small when offshore wind, so you are right, nothing to count on.
If you want waves, side or sideonshore for kiting, you have to go to the (long) eastcoast of the mainland, or to the southern part of the "Copenhagen Island" (Sealand)
But you can also find many good TT spots on the eastcoast of the mainland (Jutland)
Dont know where you are staying on your visit, or is everything possible ?
And dont know where you are from - do you know about water and air temps ?
A 3/2 suit is fine right now, but a shorty too cold, for the typical kitesurfer.
You can always call me or write me if you want some "urgent" location or spot help (have been windsurfing and surfing and kitesuring and hanggliding since 1979 and knows almost every little inch of the coastline)
Peter
PS: Ha haa, Rightguard, you got a sweet tooth it seems
