Corsica Calvi/Ile Rouge area July/Agust

I'm going to Corsica this summer and was wondering where to kite in the Calvi/Ile Rouge area. Understood that at most beaches kitesurfing is banned in summer. Who knows a nice place were kitesurfing is allowed with in camping close to the beach?
