I am thinking of a 2015 RRD Obsession 15m as a decent light wind kite. I am 82kg and ride a shinn monk 134cm, mainly flat water. I currently have 7/9/10.5 and 12 obsessions. The 12m is brilliant for low end but on those really light days (9 to 14mph) I am thinking of a 15m ?? Ride freestyle unhooked.
