Yes but you'll need an education to do that. So basically rules out all current inflato designers. Maybe the word ALL is a bit harsh. It's been 20 years and some have worked out the difference between sleeved and spliced line.

Sealed MYLAR helium filled (auto relaunch) high pressure (for shape integrity/aerodymanic efficiency), can be shaped as desired and glued together at home.

Hard to tell from only 6 knots and when pilot is not intend to move the kite fast.but it can b fast with profile shape. the idea is with rigid frame and thinner leading edge kite will move thru air faster with less drag ,more stable. That mean it can move better upwind w/o collapse structure and get more power on speed at the edge window. this also mean more energy burst at the jump.
