Another +1 for the Mystic Warrior... mine lasted 4 years. And the reason it died was completely my fault.

My last '12 Dakine Pyro went 100 sessions and still looks and feels great. Bought a 2014 Manic (Pyro with sliding bar) and it hurt my back, bought a ION Apex Select, much more comfortable and lighter than the '14. To each his own though but I think Dakines hold up very well.

I guess I must be a "super kiter" because my OR Session harness is in terrible shape after only about 3 years of use. It still looks good, but the webbing is seriously damaged where it goes through the buckle. You'd think that the webbing would be replaceable, but of course it isn't.

My guess would be that you don't run it tight enough and that allows it to slide and wear faster. I used the webbing protector for the first 3 or so years till it wore through then tossed it. There is some webbing wear, but probably less than 10% of the total width.

So it seems there is a winner in the harness department....

The Mystic Warrior!......

If your harness doesn't last long then go buy the warrior!

Mystic Warrior all the way man. Hang it up in the corner of your bedroom when not in use.

I have a Dakine waist harness. It must be 5 years old now. Still going strong. I did have the spreader bar hook fail (metal broke) during a jump 2 years ago, but they sent me a new one.
