wanted to give positive shout out about Ride Engine service. Very satisfied.
I was one of the people that bought the first production Hex Core RE harnesses last fall.
After 10 sessions I noticed cracks on one side of the core she'll where the webbing holes were cut. After 20 sessions it was broken, so I emailed RE and wondered if it was a problem, I really didn't notice any function difference, and it was hidden from sight. They wrote back same day saying it was a problem with some of the first production run and would replace the product.
I am in Sweden, and Real Watersports sent it out a week later. Got it today and there are other small differences in webbing adjuster area, a shell is beefier in the ends. Fast action.
Yeah, you could be saying " bad product ", but I work in product development and know that innovative products need some tweeks and it's inevitable that stuff like thus happens. What's important is how you deal with them, and Ride Engine has the customer service in place.
