try them over and over again, a think your self lucky a boat isnt having to pick you up each time! get a nose guard - sand your fins with 200 grit...
always think how teh wind is going to push your board into your feet if angled right..

I know it's amazing the tricks there now doing strapless great to see this coming into major comps, I've been doing strapless now for the past 8-9 years after just solely riding a twin tip but it's just mainly been wave riding but the past few years been trying to put a few small tricks in its inspiring to watch these riders even though I will never be able to do what they it gives me more drive, nice tricks in your videos and these are not that easy to do either nice one

Yeah i have been doing strapless for 3-4 years and it takes some time to land the first normal jump.
Then i started with backloops and then with frontloops.
After changing to a board that i could not edge much and also while riding alaias wooden board that was slippery my style became a bit more out the board.
You can start with small pop with placing the board to the wind, grabs also.
Thank you and happy kiting.

Start small without rotations and work up. 180 before 360, grab before grabless ,etc.

You know with my 90 kilos and not always smoother landings i was breaking most of the boards i was buying so i got really frustrated as how on earth that a board that retails 900-1000 euros can break so easily...in this manner i am sure the riders from that brand are breaking the board every few sessions.
Lately i bought a Fanatic Mccoy that is from 2003 if i am correct.
I added an extra glass on top, removed the extra fins that were making more of a directional board, added an extra fin box to make it thruster and added pads!
It is the best for now...not the best shape but it is still strong!
