Kitesurfing & Mountain Biking paradise?

Name it if you've been there. Can be at different times of the year.

The only place I can think of is Squamish, which has incredible mountain biking all around it, and mediocre kiting (offshore, choppy, cold, rocky launch, short season).

Mostly looking for downhill, but climb up is okay so long as it involves lots of hills and great descents.

Check out Solo Sports San Carlos. True world class mtn biking (not green, more desert, but sick nonetheless) and true world class wave riding. And some surf, sup, etc

The Gorge/ Hood River for sure and the greater San Francisco Bay Area if you include Santa Cruz.

Yep Hood River is amazing. Started mountain biking there after getting bored kiting literally every day lol, there's a ton of trails for all different riding levels and styles. Should be a bit warmer than Squamish too, the Columbia gets up into the 70s.
