Hello there,
So I´m not quite sure how to launch the kite. I know that it should be launched in the edge of the wind window. But there are to sides. Shall the kite be launched upwind or downwind?
Can someone illustrate it?

Take lessons from a reputable kite school.
Do not fly a power kite until you have taken lessons. Cheers.

I mean, there is two edges? Right? the one the kite is placed in, and another 180 degrees away.

You took kite lessons but you weren't told or you forgot how to launch a kite ? That's like asking how to start your car after having had driving lessons. Take a hint, look at that troll meter, all the way into the red, at it's maximum, something is very wrong here. If you are serious get some more/real lessons.

Why are everybody so mad? I´m not trolling. I´m serious about this. I went kiting yesterday, and I just looked at what other people at the beach did. And i did not understand why all launched it in the one edge. As i understand, there are two edges.

It depends if you bought a left handed or right handed kite.
Most people have right handed kites, but you should check yours just in case, you'd hate to launch a left handed on the right side of the wind window.
Also, could you let us all know where and when you kite, so we can avoid being there at the same time as you?
Thank you.
Seriously though, it smells the troll from very far.
Just in case it was not, yes, you can launch from either side. However, there is usually a better side on each spot. This depends on the orientation of the beach with respect to the wind, the wind shadow, etc
