Boca & Huts are night and day. Huts is super flat water but the most gusty site I have been in my life. Not pleasant - too on-off. But Boca is great for big air junkies who want reliable strong wind every day (which was me back when I used to go). Not so many places you can use your 9 for 9 months straight with barely a day off. For those who like Costa Rica in winter, or Maui, Greece, Canaries, ... in summer, you will like Aruba/Boca Dec-Aug. It is awesome for strong winds & big air/TT. But I don't see a reason to go for other styles.
