How stubborn can you be after all these posts? You just lucky to get response at all but believe me and listen to Toby , stay away!

My point is: If the webshop do not ship any/most of the orders, as indicated here, it is pretty cold blooded emailing back and forth being very friendly and professionally

I find it interesting that people report that they get no response. I emailed back and forth several times yesterday. The webshop explicit asked for bank transfer.
I am looking for a 40cm mast for the cabrinha double agent. It seems to be sold out all over Europe (I asked a few places), except you-love-it.eu that tells me that they bought the whole cabrinha stock, and that is why all other webshops can't deliver.
Make sure to keep us updated after you paid.

Just one question you should ask yourself: why do they insist on bank transfer?

Good luck !

Do you know how friendly the Nigerians are before you give them your bank account details to send you 100.000.000 USD 😂😂😂

I have bought 1500+ Euros of gear from this web shop. I have never had trouble with delivery so far. I have had issue when the purchased item was actually not available, but I got a free of charge replacement with newer and higher level one. And yes - communication with them is a NIGHTMARE. Phone call works best, but I had to call over 20 times in couple of weeks period to finally reach them.
Return of goods is also an issue - I am STILL in the process of returning an item I bought in August. It took 2 months to acknowledge the return(and over 40 unanswered emails and calls from my side), then 2 weeks to issue a credit note, but now more than 2 weeks I am still waiting for refund to my PayPal account. Just reminded them once again.
So - they are legit shop, they have great prices, they do deliver, they do not run scams. But that said - they do have terrible communication with the customer, they have issues with items being listed as available while they are not.

I presume the background/motivation for people behind Nigerian letters/SPAM emails is different from people begind a surf shop in Germany..

Great input from zlatko23

So the prices seem cheaper. But you actually pay same than other shops or even more. Rest of the price is paid with brain cells :D

And time, lots of time on the phone, e-mail, etc. What’s that work out to per hour?
