they are legit shop, they have great prices, they do deliver, they do not run scams. But that said - they do have terrible communication with the customer

I have bought 4 different Naish Torch's over the years from gerrit, the shop is real and the goods turned up in a week or two. I too found communication very poor but I would happily buy from them again (only using paypal this time). They want bank transer to save on fees, I always payed via bank transer in the past and had no issues. However seems they have a lot to sort out here !

To update on my previous post - I just got the refund for my return from August. So as I said - all legit, but could be slow.

Bought a kite+bar just a day before I saw this post, was a little worried since I made a bank transfer, but just received the kite a week after, good year, color...
Bar is still to be sent, I can understand that as it is a less common version (shorter bar for the wife), but I am quitte confident I'll get it when they restock it, as they always reply to emails (after 2 days sometimes).
So yes, as stated above, legit, and for me, if you're not in a hurry, the pretty good price is worth the wait...
Will pay by Paypal next time though.

Update: bar has been received... Well, 3 weeks from the order to delivery of all the products, but as I was not in a hurry, quite a good deal! Will buy from them again.

People is amazing !! , all this bad purchase experiences related here ( mine incluided ) and they keep throwing bucks at the discounts/ offers advertising ...

Well... 3 weeks delivery time (when I could have waited twice that much really, as long as everything came before Xmas) for more than 300€ cheaper than everywhere else...
I usually do not buy something just because it's on sale (haven't bought anything last Friday ) but yeah, if you don't have an time issue, why not?

I bought a board bag last week and everything was pretty fast, form Germany to Spain in less than a week.

a year ago I bought a majestic harness and it took it over a month to get it shipped, so I suppose they have improve things a lot

I bought a foil mast and it was delivered super quick.

Very happy. Emailed the customer support to check stock before buying and they got back to me super quick.

same here, bought a bar on two days ago, asked before hand and the delivery is super quick (it's now at the local post office). They might be fixing up the deliveries?

Edit: well here we go, our local post office was obviously front running things as I just got an email that the item is not in stock atm, and hence there will be a delay. I asked specifically if the item was on stock - the answer was yes... so go figure.

Edit 2: I need to take the above back, they had sent the bar, but there was just a wrong email sent to me in error and I can track the shipping now (left the country now), so props to the shop.
