Kwajalein, Marshall Islands
Looking into a 3 month work detail on Kwajalein and was wondering if anyone has any details regarding kiting on or around the atoll? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I was there 10 yrs ago and got to windsurf.
At that time the individual I was on the water with told me they could only surf in the lagoon and not on the outside.
Water was very warm 90f plus but that day I had a great sail.
I suspect the trouble might be the launch and the fact the MPs might consider it dangerous.
Definitely take your gear, there are many islands in that area that might be great!

Did you end up going and did you kite? I'm looking at a permanent position there. Like to know how the launches were and if there were any locals kiting? I use mostly foil kites so need some beach space to launch. Thanks
