Hi All,
I will be traveling to the pacific side of Panama in early July. I know it is a long shot, but is it windy there during that time and if so where to go?
Will have a rental car. It's looking like this will be more of a surfing run but would like to kite if that is a possibility.

mmh, you can try San Blas island, cause Punta Chame season is until April.
Bahia Salinas in Costa Rica still remail the windiest spot in Central America, but I understan it's a bit far away...
