Peter Lynn Hornet 2.0m sucks!

I have a Peter Lynn Hornet 2.0m trainer kite with 4 lines that I bought brand new. I´ve tested it several times, but the result is always the same, the kite is stalling and making uncontrolled loops. If I pull the depower strap the kite becomes even worse. I tried changed the lines back and forth as well (since I thought that this perhaps was the problem), but this doesn't help either.

I work as a kite instructor so I´ve been flying many different trainer kites before and they all fly well, even the 2-lines kites. But this f-king Peter Lynn Hornet is simply unflyable!

I wonder if the lines that came with the kite are not in its right length, or why on earth is it not flying properly?

Anyone else who has the sae experience with his/her Peter Lynn Hornet 2.0m 4 lines kite?

It's not the kite, it's the person controlling it that's the problem.

Will it fly on just the front two lines ?
If yes, then the rear-lines are probably/maybe too short.

Ignore the troll.
Have you checked the bar line lengths to see if they are even/correct? And checked the kite bridles side to side to see if anything is obviously off?

In the beginning of kitesurfing I got a foil kite that hardly flew. We found that the bridles on one side were put on back to front (the front lines transposed across the bridle). I fixed the kite and it flew fine. The manufacturer was so sorry that he sent me another kite for free in the next size up.

Yup, I once had a 9m kite that the manufacturer assembled with a 10m bridle on one side. Flew like a wounded bat. Only way to know for sure is to get a tape measure and compare lengths of all the bridle lines.

Will this guy never learn? ((The one that if you met would think was the coolest guy ever) but still does this shit)

Check the bridles are symmetrical and that the brake lines are not too tight. Peterlynn has been known to have some quality issues with other kites before including the "uniq" and "reactor".
