Do you have a barbados connection per chance irie john? 8)
Yes, used to live there part time near Silver Sands/Long Beach.

And you?
Born there, stayed till 13, then U.K., then barbados 93-04, now U.K. :)

I knew your connection from irie- a very brian word!

By chance I think we are rocking exactly the same quiver, endure, ronson, mitu. 8)

Well, they are similar in that they are both all-around 3 strut, open c type kites. If you ride the Enduro in freestyle setting they are somewhat similar. If you move the front bridle setting on the Enduro it changes the kite feel more than you would expect so in the wave setting they do not feel very much alike. Much better drift and turning when depowered. Less pull in the loop.
Of course, JMO, YMMV. :jump:

Ah yes, Brian "Where's de action?" Talma!

Mitu now, Enduros next month.

Decided that I preferred Monk to Ronson, switched back to Monk, had warranty returns with 2 Monks so now using a Select 138 x 41

Yes I've had a few problems with shin boards - they moved factories and don't think they have it sorted fully yet. Always a straight replacement though top service no questions.

I've owned both. RPM is more stable, slower, more boring lol and better freestyle kite - well behaved. The enduro is like an RPM that went out, got tattoos, learned to surf and got a hot girlfriend.

Hi guys, need to replace my quiver of 9/12 Enduro V1s and need some advice. Not sure if I should go 7/9/12 or 6/8/11 at 140lbs? I'm riding both Twintips and a Firewire Evo but so far the Evo only in flat water. Love my 9, use it from 15 knots. Not sure about the 12 though, think it does not give me any more lowend than a faster 11. I'm just concerned about the 8, will it go significantly later than my 9? On the other hand 7/9/12 would allow me to go for a 5 later if I'm getting seriously into waves or if I'm going to Brazil.

I'm 81kg/178lb and going 6/8/10/12. The 12 is the biggest I'll use on the TT and the 10 the biggest I'll use on the SB (for now). Local beach is open sea and a mixture of flat water/chop/small waves (5' max), side/side on/onshore. Can't be arsed if less than 12 knots or over 35 knots

Stacks of wind coming next week but Enduros not here yet!

I'm kiteless in Gaza Image

Thanks, so 5/7/9/12 makes probably more sense for my weight. Allows me to go 5/7/9 for wave or high wind spots and 7/9/12 for low wind spots.
