And that CL release is worth $99 alone. If this works out, with decent customer service, Switch is going to have some problems.
Yeah, 99 + 89 for shipping to AU....nah
Have a look at the comment on the link below my friend (only $ 99. extra including shipping cost)
I think we're gonna see a lot more Best Kites on the water this year

SAFETY FIRST
ADD A BAR FOR ONLY $99.–
It's never been easier to put safety first. Complete every kite you order with a brand new Red Bar for only $ 99.–
extra including shipping cost. Best's Red Bar meets the French safety norm NF S 52-503, featuring the original Iron Heart IV quick release and an original depower Clamcleat®. There is no excuse anymore to order a kite without bar.

I don't buy that Best is reopening. They still have some stupid low closeout prices on their website, like they are still attempting a fire sale of their stock, trying to scrounge up money. The Copyright on the bottom of the website still says 2017. That's the first thing I update on my company website every January 1st. And last, they haven't posted anything new to their facebook account since September 2017.
I've moved on after being a dedicated Best customer since 2006. Last year I bought a new Cabrinha Switchblade 14, and love it's grunt. This winter, while waiting for warmer spring temperatures, I upgraded my board and bars. I bought a Switch 4x bar, Slingshot 5'6" Screamer, and a Cabrinha Squid Launcher 5'2". I'm looking forward to getting some serious water time after working way too much on my business for the last 3 years.

99$ bar. All good until you break a safety line and can't buy the part. I've been chasing a part for 2 months now.. the replacement parts will cost me more that the bar if I get lucky enough to find them.

Shhhhhhhhhh! The investors are hoping that Best will still look like it's name has value. They need their money, or whatever portion thereof they can get.
Wanna bet there is only like 2 employee's right now. Maybe it has sold already and it is just being sliced up for it's assets. Kites sitting around??? "Lets keep the website running and try to get some money out of this junk lying around".

The red line on the red bar. It's a 10m line running up to and including the bungee.
Any advice?

Everyone can make a bungee in no time, just a bit of rubber threading through
, and hand stitching.
My advice if not to stretch rubber much, just a bit, like 5- 10%

Re-animation would likely be more difficult than just starting up under another name. That way things like "past due bills", loan defaults, and unpaid previous employees won't come back to haunt the new owners.
Gotta say that I am finding it pretty difficult to care for the owner, corporation, or the hype. But I am still sad for the creditors, employees, and riders who wish things were better for their favorite brand. Some times you just gotta let it go.
