Just wondering if there is any different between those two tricks- Tantrum and inverter frontroll?
I see that Tantrum is a frontroll or backroll with one hand and flip with the board above head, same like inverter frontroll/backroll, no?
And they also looks like Bel-air

On frontroll you pop hard and legs are sent overhead during rotation because of aggressive pop.
On tantrum it looks more like a front flip pop less agressive and usually off a small kicker, bel air is same but toeside I think.

Tantrum is an unhooked backflip.
Frontroll is an invert by definition. It can be hooked or unhooked but the axis of rotation is different to a tantrum.

A Brazilian once did a beautiful Belair with a downloop.
While he is upside down the Kite is low behind him. Spectacular!
Never saw a video of it...maybe anyone who can do it can film and post it?

look at some wakeboarding videos, what kiteboarders call back/frontrolls are usually just frontside/backside 360s
backroll is a heelside backflip
tantrum is a toeside backroll
frontroll is a heelside front flip
it doesn't have to be exactly like doing a backflip on flat ground, but you should be getting inverted

Tomas Teixeira did it...ask him when you see him at the Cauipe lagoon. It looks spectacular.

Backroll is not a backflip but more of an inverted front 3. This is why they call it a roll and not flip.
Tantrum is a backflip off a wake or kicker. Feet directly over head from heelside. Off a wake you actually trip yourself off the top.
A bel air is a tantrum off of flat water and it is done with a quick switch from heel to toe side.
Wake boarders don't do front rolls they do front flips.
