I found the Slash slow turning & also had too much pull through the turn (I was on a 5'3 Evo) - drift was great thou.

Do you compare Slash with the Element then? Great drift and some pull in turns are characteristics that are recognize, but slow turning?
Yes, I was comparing Slash to E5. Just now while thinking about it I have realised that I use 20m lines on my kites & had a 24m Naish bar when I demoed the Slash.

Makes a difference. I had to change to my 24m bar on the 7m Slash (2017) in one session a while back. It works, but on 20m it was better.

It sounds a little strange if it's you who have written this review?

Wow ! I think it turns faster than the pivot and I love that it generates power in the turns. I weigh 225lbs. I hate gutless wave kites !

Its funny to see people that ride switch kites talking poorly about any other kites. switch is right there with peter lyn and Star kites.

My post wasn't a piss take on your kite Clint, I was just laughing that I was getting pulled off my rail...you being a bigger kiter than me (73kg) would most definitely benifit from the extra power.
But hey, if you don't like kiters that ride Switch/Peter Lyn & Starkites - that's fine. :thumb:

I think it's strange when you write that you also experience Slash as slow turning with too much pull, here in this forum. In your kitefinder review, you write the opposite way ?
