Not looking for a wetsuit vs drysuit discussion here. Looking for the warmest wetsuit period. I kite and SUP more than prone surfing anymore so warmth would be my priority over flexibility. And I do it in sub 75 degree Fahrenheit combined air/water. Any recommendations on what to buy and from where would be appreciated. Thanks
For 75 degrees I would use my O'Neil 3/2 and nothing else. That's a balmy wind day where I'm from(two guys locally ride board shorts till under 60F.)

Around the freezing mark I can get an hour session in with my West 654, 3 mill boots and gloves. The real difference is a Playa wetsuit Hoodie. It blocks wind and keeps and extra pocket of insulation. It also makes sure I never get flushed from a hard fall.

OP said 75 deg "COMBINED" temp.Add water temp to air temp.37.5 water,37.5 air for example. :thumb:
What you wrote makes no sense to me. Sorry. 75F is no reason to get a wetsuit. OP says “sub 75F”. I’d like to know what “sub” means temperarure wise and you need a min-max temperature range to go by when you select your suit.

OMG forget your 75 degrees, what would you wear if the the water was 38 degrees and the air temperature was 40 degrees? You have misunderstood the Original posters question .

OP must have gotten very useful information guys! =)

I would say RipCurl FlashBomb 6/4 with hood or Excel or Patagonia similar suits are way to go. I prefer warmer than colder when in low temps.

As if the air temp means anything when theres a 2 degree difference between air and water!? Come on. I don’t understand why this is so hard. OP will have a blast when they check back in. Haha! 1.) Find the lowest avg temps in your area for the season you want to ride in. 2.) go to your local shop or online and find the range of the wetsuit that fits best with your seasonal avg. 3.) buy wetsuit. Not that hard..

Billabong 7/6 hooded furnace lite works well for me in winter. Always so hot that even my feet/hands stay warm in the coldest weather.
