Great video, but Indy going forwards is a frontside grab. Duane Peters was one of the first to do Indy airs, named after independent trucks. Jeff Grosso knows.
An Indy air is a frontside grab turning backside.
This is actually a great example of how the internet rewrites history with something that is 100% false and people just believe it... Even wikipedia is full of it!
Carry on....

He got it wrong, grabbing the back rail is not a chicken salad, it's called a stalefish.

Well that depends! I think there is a reason that the hand is marked yellow
I'll give you a hint: The grab also goes under a different name, named after another meat dish
Don't worry, you will learn as you get more experienced

What about the grab when you grab tail and nose at same time? I read on wiki it's called canon ball, lime or lemon?
Remember seeing a video in UK where someone was working on it.
grabs are pretty stylish to watch, less wakestyle and more grabs lol! Though don't really care what they are called as long as it looks cool but I guess you need to identify it if you are going to talk about it...
I mostly do tail grab on front roll, sometimes when I boost before I downloop, or on one footer (don't do much).
Sometimes I throw a nose grab after i redirect kite right before apex.
I should do more they are cool. most time I just go "nograb".
Last year a lot of pro started tweaking their board on regular boost in their video which was also pretty neat.

Roast beef was a Geoff Grosso trick, had a poster on my bedroom wall of a massive frontside one on vert as a kid! Good times.

Nice video with some good tips - practice the grab on land to figure out how and where. Some grabs will add some rotation as you reach and twist your shoulders. I'd like the video more if it didn't just show the same clip a bunch of times of a much more complicated grab, but rather showed what he's talking about- back hand indy or tail grabs. Show how stylish they can be without the spin.
On naming... yeah, naming conventions help, but whatever. Just think front hand in particular spot on the board and have fun with it. Make it stylish!
I made a variation of the hoxton special challenge - (section seems to have been taken down). Do the grabs, then do them with a back roll or front roll.
