I don't spend too much time in straps but if you get a chance, slip your feet into the AK/Airush Elements. They were a dream on my knees and ankles. They are superrr cushioned and have ample adjustability.

Hi
which F-one black/white kite pads were? did you remember the model name?
and the new 2017 pair you ordered that are hard as rocks are perhaps the Platinum 3 (blue and white)?
because I also thought to order them but now I got some doubts. let me know thanks

Hi everyone. For the last 4 years I have ridden F-one black/white kite pads. They are the only kite pads that I have ever used that do not hurt my feet when I stomp a landing. SO, I just ordered a new 2017 pair (now teal) and they are hard as rocks. I need advice - please send me suggestions of pads that you like to absorb those hard landings.
