Sailrocket works just the opposite way of a normal hydrofoil: The foil pulls the vessel INTO the water.

Because the sail is pulling it up, and down-wind , (a bit like a kite) ; so
i would think that same theory would work with a kite ?
And can someone tell me why that board he used is so fast ?
