2018 SS Turbine- Small Sizes Gone
I was looking at SS's website yesterday and noticed that the 2018 turbine no longer has sizes below 13 available. Anyone know why they discontinued? Seemed like a lot of people liked them. I was considering the 11 to replace an aging 12 in the next year. To much overlap with the rally possibly?

Small Turbines are effing amazing!
They boost to the skies and cut upwind like mad
Also small Turbines
Don’t depower enough making them not safe for beginners
Wrap occasionally funny when crashed (high aspect wing - it’s expected)
Don’t drift overly well (high aspect wing - expected)

I love my 9m. Took me the highest and it's a jumping wing like no other I've ever tried.
It's not a wave kite, not a freeride foiling kite.
If you can handle power, it's a great wing.
Speaking of wrapping, I'm not sure what Best kites you ride, the TS and Kahoonas really underperformed in any of above categories and wrap way funnier.

The small sizes were new last year and didn't have a clear place in the lineup. I actually wanted to get them but couldn't get a good read on reviews and forum feedback. There didn't seem to be a majority opinion. Maybe they're tweaking them. ?
Still, I wouldn't read too much into it yet... If you want a small size Turbine, you can still grab the 2017 version on the SS website
