On a scale of 1-10, that is a 0.68 disaster. Definitely a LOWER CASE disaster.
The upside is if PMU has woken from hibernation maybe we get to see more of the SOUL soon?

A little more effort on the pilot's behalf (an over bar yank the left leader at 1:22) would go a long way towards avoiding such horrible, horrible disasters.

The wind looks very light. I am guessing about 10kn. Aren't most kites struggling with LIFT at this wind speed?
