What happened to Niaboo?

Postby stevet25 » Mon Mar 19, 2018 10:12 pm

Been hunting around looking at ideas people have tried in a hybrid foil/lei manner. Came across a picture on here of the Morphine on a strutless kite thread, but they seem to have been purged from the web. Are there any sages out there who might be able to point me in the direction of some more info please? cheers

I'm not a sage, but my guess is market headwinds limit their development. Foil kites work so well without the tube! And people who exclusively fly tube kites seem to be allergic to the idea of cells in the kite that might hold water.

Didn't "wetesttkites" test a single skin foil a few moths ago ? Something like that. Not sure what it was called but it had just being developed.
