Temporarily grab the center lines and pull down until you can reach the bar?
And didn’t Cabrinha used to make a women’s specific bar that had a shorter throw?

From my expierence while teaching and renting to loads of different people.

I'd say to get a North click bar with the small chicken loop set up.
Hook it up to the person who will use it and then set the stopper ball at maximum arms reach.

If you know you know the rider will not move the stopper ball you might even opt to tighten the screw and lock it down permanently.

Have done this with quite a few petite ladies and they were all raving about the riding comfort ( also for the trimming after i explained the click bar )
versus a traditional set up which is designed for a larger framed person.

The pressure point will be in a more natural distance for them, versus having it with their arms nearly extended, and they will have more throw to sheet in vs a traditional size chickenloop.

Custom bar, same for those with long arms. Most bars seem to be a compromise of shit, serving not wakestyler, freerider, racer, surfer or airstyler well. Typical design by committee crap , or DC crap.

I measure 1.70m so medium / small arms.
I have a OR stick shift (With trim on rear lines like North Clickbar), and it help a lot as you can set thecl stopper at a short distance.

Now if you want to keep a normal bar stroke and are ready for mdifications, you save massive stroke with a mini CL of BRM or Cabrinha type amd if you cut the harness hook.

I modified my stickshift with a cab CL without harness hook and love it.

Anyone with personal experience?
My wife is 5'2" and uses F!reball with a Recoil control system. She can reach the trim and this system doesn't have any loose lines or tails whipping around. She rides in a waist harness. As stated above, a seat harness will make it even easier to utilize the full range of a control system if you have short arms.

One thing of note, using a rope slider while on toeside really INCREASES the distance the bar must be pushed to depower or to reach the trim. Just an FYI.
We rode along launching/staying at Kirk’s 4'th week of January didn’t we? Swiss socks and Apollo, right?
sorry, not me.

Race bars with 2:1 trimmers usually solve this problem pretty holistically.
