When are the new Duotone kites and boards coming to market?
The Duotone brand will be officially launched on 1st of August. Previously, the market launches of the Vegas, Rebel, Dice and Neo kites were spread from August to October. This year the Duotone Vegas, the Duotone Rebel, the Duotone Dice and the Duotone Neo will be available in-store in August. Our entire range of Twintips and Surfboards under the Duotone brand will also be available at that time. The second product push will then follow in February 2019.

With all the money they saved by not paying for the "North" brand name - they couldn't hire a decent branding consultant to come up with a sound name.
"North" was a strong, juicy word with meaning and context behind it - in light of which one can't help but wonder - where the hell a blunt and awkward-sounding contraption like "duo-tone" originated from? And how do they see people using it?

I did like the name "North", but I come from sailing and windsurfing, so it had some name recognition. Duotone is not great but when you think of Naish, Cabrinha, and Burton (snowboarding I know) they are just the random names of the guys who founded the company.

Yes...but Pete Cabrinha is a cool name...
"Bob" Duotone sounds like he collects pencils.
