I could do that. Not sure from where to when?
Just the length of the new clip from tail to head is a little over 8,5 cm

Thanks Seawolf, Imo 85mm is a huge waste of space & loss of travel. Think I'll just stick to my custom setup for now.

I agree!
And its a bit tricky to get in and out of. You would have to loosen the straps on the clip side completely to unclip it.

Here's a comparison between a 10" RE carbon and a 10" option bar. Very slightly more travel will the dakine but you do need more space for the clip.

Hi, I’ve been using a C-1 medium with 2016 RE carbon bar 8’ for 2 years. It works but you have to modify attachment a bit. Otherwise get a 2018 RE bar connection.

I ended up getting a Jay XTC harness with 11" Dynabar V9 XW as they were on sale.
Very happy with it so far.
