Light Years Ahead - The Airush Ultra V2

We introduce the most advanced kite we have ever designed...

The Ultra V2 has redefined our lofty expectations of what a kite can do. The light weight and stability have opened up places we could never have kited, in marginal conditions we would not have considered kiteable.

The new ULTRA II is the most advanced kite we have designed, and we have the proof! From foil riding, through to twin tip free ride and down the line wave riding, the ULTRA II has you covered.

Nice picture, with that dyneema frame completely spoiling the smooth canopy shape.

From the website http://airush.com/kites/ultra-v2/

"Ultra v2 weight guide" which I have compared with my Ozone Enduro V2's which include all bridling and which were weighed on accurate digital scales.

6m = 1.86 kg (Ozone Enduro V2 = 2.18 kg, +320 gm/17%)
8m = 2.17 kg (Ozone Enduro V2 = 2.51 kg, +340 gm/16%)
10m = 2.48 kg (Ozone Enduro V2 = 2.70 kg, +220 gm/9%)
12m = 2.83 kg (Ozone Enduro V2 = 3.08 kg, +250 gm/9%)

Hmmm ...

Definitely a bonus in the smaller sizes for foiling then, imagine the weight difference if airsush didn't use 6 pulley blocks.

Im liking the addition of the 10m.

They do in a 4m and a 6m. Called the Uno, nice for foiling.

True that. But the Ultra just isn't that light.

Oh yeah, forgot about those. Should make bigger sizes. Anybody got the weight on those?

It seems that weight is similar if not heavier than v1. Strange ...
