I was hoping you were going to point us to a land of kite babes just waiting to be swept off their feet by crusty old dudes. Oh well.

Haven’t heard anyone talk about sharing their passion with their kids. Priceless moments with my daughter trading smiles as we pass each other. Yes kiting has risks but a life half lived is....

My advice is based on an old song.
"If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, never make a pretty woman your wife. If you want my personal point of view, get an ugly girl to marry you."

No way - I married a gorgeous woman who looks great in a bikini and is happy to lay on the beach while her husband kitesurfs.

That was my advice, not that I followed it. My wife looks like Sofia Vergara. Now for me, I'm just a rich old ugly fart.

My youngest just crossed the riding upwind threshold. Now I can ride with 3 groms. Yes its awesome. They all needed a big push to get riding but all are happy to be outside rather than watching some nonsense on YouTube.
