Does an organization already exist? And if not, why not. Injuries happen all the time & our top athletes need a little extra support to get through these difficult times.

Windsports for Wounded Warriors is a pretty good organization for military veterans to get out on the water and learn kiting, but it's not really exactly like what you mentioned. Worth looking at their stuff online just to get a vibe for how they operate.
