Sergei, I'm not sure the carryover from snowboarding to kiteboarding is going to help much. As said in previous posts, kiteboarding is 90% about the kite, which (of course) is not a factor in snowboarding. Balance on a snowboard depends on counteracting gravity (plus dealing with changes in terrain and snow quality). On a kiteboard, you'll need to counteract not only gravity, but also (more importantly) the pull of the kite, which varies depending on where in the wind window you fly it, wind gusts, changes in wind direction and air temperature, etc. It sounds to me like you need (1) more water time, (2) more confidence, and (3) more water time. Did I say more water time? Have fun. You will get it.
