Move to a windless sh@t hole - it will really make you appreciate every single moment you'll be able to kite.

I'd say one board design that sticks out is the Ocean Rodeo Mako Duke... or Jester... they seem to have carved out a niche

many surfers or strapless riders have made the switch and keep that board in their quiver or ride it every day

I even seen modifications where people attached a foil to it!

keep it fun!

just 4 items have made me really go doo-lally.
The North click bar.
foiling in general.
The groundbreaking game changer in Foiling, the Moses 633 wave wing, (Onda)
The new limited edition full carbon Moses T38, a work of art, so good I have ordered another just because it is the most awe inspiring bit of kit ever(and it works)

Every Temavento I have had from foil boardcyo race to slalom all perfect

XR5 9m. Ridiculous range and handling for what I want to do with it.

Recently, I've been extremely impressed by my first impression of the Lecca-Lecca Minima 11m foil kite. I had a nice ride on it and it was a blast, cheap, and boosted really well.

I also love my Delta Hydrofoil, stable, fast, and relatively cost effective compared to other top-tier open class carbon foils.

Maybe you just got everything kiting had to give you.

If you love mountain biking and surfing, stick to those.
With the bike at least you don't need to wait for the wind.
Good luck waiting for the swells though. It may be worst than wind.

A light foilboard paired with any decent high aspect kite turns boring 10 knot sessions into serious boosting time!

Latest WOW moment for me has been moving my foil onto a wakeskate and pursuing high wind, carving in wind swells. The wakeskate has so much less swing weight and less weight in general, it feels alive under foot. Maybe most important, it allowed (or required) more front foot pressure, which led to keeping under control with more speed when dropping into swells. The first time leaning forward, dropping in, going faster than ever before ... and making it ... was a "holy crap" almost like losing my virginity again. "I want to do that again. And AGAIN". That has pretty much replaced the twintip lawn mow jumping on non-surf days, can't get enough, at least until the next big thing comes along. :thumb:
