Kitesurfing Israel

Hi I am going to be in Tel Aviv the first week of Israel with my family. I don’t have a lot of extra time however I was thinking to bring my gear with me as I will be staying right on the city beach. I am a beginner that can comfortably stay up wind. How is the city beach for beginners? How is wind around early October? I will have a car and can also drive to close beaches if there is a better spot for me. I appreciate any input on this topic?
