Beta app launched quite recently and still getting feedback from one of the devs (actually also a dutch guy) so don't really know whats going on! What also strikes me is that all the "pros" stopped using WOO (in other words not posting any scores for a while).
Nevertheless I hope they will continue developping as there is still a lot of potential in my view...otherwise make the software open source and I know a lot of talented people would step in and make improvements instantly!
the pros do not use the woo anymore because they are tired of being judged by incorrect mechanisms and risk appearing less good than what they actually are ... on the opposite side many mediocre manage to look better than they are ... Since there will be no tests and corrections that make it accurate pro will use it less and less ...

Today I lost the lock clip of my Woo3 mount. After Some calls to local shops I heard that woo stopped selling to other dealers, they only sell direct now but they got no accessories for sale any more so i am not able to mount my Woo anymore.
Together with the no-firmwares and the price drop of the Woo I suspect it is not going well with them?

Of course pros use the woo. check out the leaderboard lol. Remember it's a toy, have fun. Personally I hate the woo, cause I don't like how it creates metrics about how much fun I'm supposed to have, but why would I shit on someone else's parade. If you like the woo go for it. For me tho, it's the sensation of jumping high that matters not the actual number.

Just go to the woo website and file a warranty. I did and they are sending me a new clip for free.
