Any updated list of which bars have proper stopper balls nowadays? Any brands other than Duotone? Does the Duotone one work well (for oldschool stuff like deadman and board passes)?

Other than the Duotone Click bar and Trust bar, I only know of these others with stoppers.
Ocean Rodeo Stick Shift
Airush Ride
PLKB Commander
Epic Dimitri Pro Xtend

I know the Duotone Trust bar is good for old-school tricks, so I'd think the Click bar is just as good. I've only had experience with the Trust bar. :thumb:

Thanks! Just another reason to get a Rebel for the large size for oldschool purposes.

For hooked tricks like deadman or board passes stopper balls can make it possible, but still, a Microloop is a way better tool for those tricks. Making way more tricks possible.

Sadly not one company is making them anymore. Hoping one day one will do, or a smart engineer offers a great tool as add on.

edt: not sure what happened to your post. Did you or I delete it?

Just wanted to post a reply and quote you, but got an error message. Strange.

My reply was: definitely gold ! Would not sell them for any price. Only if as high as I can run a production of those :D

After not finding a replacement stopper for my Naish bar I started to 3D print them and they work like a charm. Two shells with symmetric features and one screw is all you need. I like them even more than the Naish as I made them a tad bigger - so easier to find both ways.

I use 100% fill factor and they run for about a year now without any problems.

I would never consider a bar without stopper. G

I have the Airush Ultra V2 bars. With 60 cm of depower throw (!) it is nice with the stopper ball, when on the beach, anchor-launching/landing etc. With the updated Ultra bar V3 (just released) there is no stopper ball - but the updated bar also uses PU tube (which is overall nice, I think), but then a stopper ball may be difficult to add..

If you like the Airush bar, you should take a look at their updated Ride V2 that has a stopper ball. It's an "exposed" dual-rope depower like the Duotone Trust bar, but it has a low-V line set-up instead. It does have an adjustable depower throw length, but there's no indication of the adjustment range (maybe 50cm - 60cm). :thumb:
