The best way I've found to massage forearm muscles is to use an Armaid. They work great.

Thanks, will try this. I get kiters elbow in my left arm from mostly looping to the left. My way of dealing with it is to try looping equal amounts both ways which spreads the load to both arms and reduces the overall amount of looping to the left per session. Although it’s still sensitive it does seem to help.

For tennis elbow you should try this product:
http://www.theraband.com/theraband-flex ... e-bar.html

I got tennis elbow from kiting and in the end it was so bad I couldn’t use my hand for almost anything. Tried several stretching and training techniques from these videos, but finally got it fixed with flexbar in only 2 weeks. You can also use towel for that same motion seen on their webpages. At least for me this worked perfectly.

Maybe you should just learn to relax your grip - it"s like the difference between pink and purple.

This below, worked like magic for me. Just start with the red bar, then see if you need a stronger one later. (Amazon sell them)
Google Theraband tennis elbow and golf elbow exercises, I'd recommend doing both if you can (not too painful).
If I get a flare up, I use Ibuprofen (gel if possible - over the counter in Europe) or Advil.
Then gentle build up of the exercises. Avoid carrying heavy weights - shopping bags should come with elbow warnings!

Once elbow(s) feel ok, then use the Theraband exercises regularly to help prevent the flare ups.

If I neglect my elbow for a period of time, even prolonged use of a computer mouse can start some pain.
(I don't think I'm gripping it too tight!)

maybe kites with less bar pressure and light steering impulse...?

A little band that comes on the upper part of your forearm ( near elbow) helps releasing the stress on the tendon

Pretty hard massaging the tendon ( it will hurt) but will activate the healing too

All in all it may take up to 6 month's to completely get rid of it, so kiting with the little band around the upper part of the forearm, can be done,.

Just try this, put your thumb and pointing finger around ur upper arm and strangle it, now make a big strong fist, you will feel the muscles will swell up to where you hold your upper arm with your fingers....but no pain in the tendon...this is exactly what the band/ribbon will do, it will have a littke cushion that will press inbetween the two muscles.
Make sure that if you buy one, it is cut conical!
I even used it on top of my wetsuit.
cheers
dude :cool2:

Suffered for 10 months, tried everything but injections and surgery, nothing helped immediately. Did loads of research and time was the ultimate healer. Haven't had a problem in 5 years, very strange. Very frustrating condition. Even hired a massage therapist ! Taught me all the pressure points to massage.
