I received the iron-on patches that I mentioned earlier. Haven't looked to see if the aquaseal I already put on can be removed but either way I think I have enough to overlap the leaky areas pretty well. Will try some tests this weekend using my hobby iron.

Just to follow-up on this I've improved the "waterpoofiness" of the suit quite a bit but it's still not perfect. The aquaseal previously applied is definitely not coming off. The iron-patches were easy to put on using a hobby iron but they appear to be a little short on adhesive as the edges of the patches do not have sufficient retention (would probably be fine if left alone but not if subject to ingress/egress). I put some aquaseal around the edges of the patches to keep them from peeling loose. I think this suit was just not designed with durability in mind; probably why they only sold them for a season.
