Hello Mr.czezz.
Going to Paros or any other island in Greece during the month of May will be very nice because it is not high season yet and the weather is beautiful. BUT you might not get the winds that you are looking for because usually the dominant wind are end of June until end of August and it's called "MELTEMI". No if you go for 10 days you might be lucky and get at least 3 days of wind and the wind might be coming from the South instead of the North.
The best time to go to Paros Greece is July/August/September if you are looking for constant wind which is the MELTEMI.
I hope this helps.

Naxos is much better than Paros ...if you end up in Paros with is also great by the way then go across to Anti-Paros ... less crowded lots of flat water spots and you don’t have to deal with Paros Kite & Paros pro center schools; dodging beginners , and the ever RUDE owner George ( Paros Kite) in a turf war with the other school ... ripping people off..bad vipes to the Max . not what Kitesurfing is all about !

Guys,
Im going to Paros at the end of September. Im taking my kite gear and some hope for a few windy days.
If the wind goes down from the north I guess the main kite spot (Pounta) is the place to be.
Where to go if the wind is coming from different direction? Any spots on the island to go and try? ( you know - just to kill the time and maybe get lucky
)

If the wind is S, SE or E you can got to Santa Maria. If it is SW, S, or SE you can go to Golden Beach. As a general rule usually it is north or south wind. It will nearly never be clear West or East wind. Also tou can not kite at Santa Maria and Golden beach at Summer (until beginning middle of October) but because this year there are not a lot of people around, I think the beach bars we will be closed and you will be able to kite. Also if the wind is north you can try Tsoukalia (bigger waves) , not crowded but you can stick to Pounta that it's gonna be not crowded at all. Next week in the beginning it's gonna be windy but then not so much. Let's hope it;s gonna change
