I've been kitesurfing for 4 years and after the past 2 weekends I've been experiencing strained groin on both sides for 3/4 days following my session
I ride strapless. Is this a common injury? Any tips on how to adjust the body stance and stretches?
Thanks

Same problem here, but only on my left side. I think my problem may be when I ride toeside. The twisting may be putting stress on my groin. Or my riding style/stance is not that good, or I am just getting old...
