you can't upload pics from your PC.
You can only post pics which are already in the net. So if you have a pic on ypur PC, you have to upload it to a server (e.g. yahoo) and store it there.
Then you can link it to this forum.
But some services like yahoo or lycos don't allow hot linking, so you can put up a link to it, but you can't add an imagine directly in your reply.
