i've seen this guy using a regular naish-leash attached to his wrist.

he was doing triple back, front, double front, back, back, double front, front, double back transition (and so on) rotations all over the place.

this dude really rocked by doing this and it seemed even cooler with the leash because it was harder - he had to care about it.

i was deeply impressed ;-)

...just my two pence...

Murdoc, did you see what he was doing about line tangles, one move one way and the next back the other way?
Anyonw think a wrist leash is less prone to tangles than hooking on the spreader bar?

yeh you just keep hold of the bar and never spin to unwind, it takes real commitment and thought about your routines.

After unspin the bar you unhook and the leash untangles.
It works, its the old, simple leash style.
The only big problem is that is not fun be dragged by your wrist if the leash tangles.

Thanks Hernan, that's what I'm doing now with the leash on the spreader, just wondered if having it on the wrist was better for less tangles. On the spreader seems to get less in the way.

jo:
hedidn't do anything about untangling his lines.

he just followed patterns. a double back was followed by two front rotations, so the lines were clear again. no turning the bar ...
