What sizes should I get, coming from 10+ years of windsurfing. I have tried a training kite, weight 200lbs., and am an aggressive windsurfer who usually rigs big. I was told get a 10 and a 16. That would be for a Naish Aero. Thanks.

16, that's an easy question, forget about the 10. Buy one kite.

I live on Nantucket and it is a fairly windy place. Although, I expect that I will still windsurf when it gets really windy. At least for now ! Sounds like I should get the 16, even so.

16 and 10,is a good solution.
remember, being a beginner it is not wise to start with 16 sqm. Just imagine you have to relaunch the 16 many times before you can handle it. You'll be better of with a smaller kite, and when you can handle it, use the 16. When you have stronger winds you can still fly your 10.0, so you don't waste $$$.

Enjoy
Toby

I agree with Toby. You should start with a 10 which is a good size for you to begin. Then keep it as your high wind kite. Add a 16 and then you are covered for most wind conditions.
