Pieter . Are you joking?
¿Two line kite?¿Dangerous?¿No depower?
I can´t believe it.
Maybe you didn´t see/use the trim sistem that gaastra bar have on the rear lines that allow you to shorten or make longer the lines while sailing and give you lots of possiblities to handle light or strong wind with the same kite. Please try it again.
Or maybe was your first time on the water?

Sorry, but on the basis of my 2-months-experience with the Gaastra GXR I have to say that you must be either a liar or ignorant.

the initial post and this:

"The gaastra suks, It tried it too and the depower is realy bad."

was made by the same person.

Well, ive a rhino2 12m and it have less depower then an airblast, but on the other hand, jumping is amazing, only need to move the kite up and u are out of the water.
My kiting skills on strong winds are not good i cant handle the rhino2 in >18 knots, just because i cant edge enough to break the superspeed the kites gives u. I was talking with a friend that rides a X2 he have more experience riding than me, but on >18 knots he have the same problem, he better then me, can put the kite on the edge of the window and ride safely but when he is going to jibe or jump the kite generate amazing power and lots of speed pulling him downwind strongly.

Well i think this is all about riding experience, on the f-one/airblast when i deepower the kite in 18 knots the kite just stop it reduces a lot of is power, but on the other hand i only could jump nicely in this wind, on the rhino2/x2 12m we will be able to jump high in less wind then anyother 2002 kite like airblast/f-one/skoop etc etc.

Please comment this.
