is carbon really good for boards?
or just partially?
can you messure flex on a board and which flex is the best for it?
advantage/disadvantage?

carbon is very stiff.
a board made entirely of carbon won't flex much.

A local kitesurfer around where i live has a homemade carbon board. It's stiff and VERY light.... he's quite good but only uses homemade carbon boards....

Boards with only carbon are very stiff.
you need a special mixture of carbon and glass to give it a certain flex.
To much and too little flex makes the board perform less good.
