My X2's definately have more range than the set of ARX's I had before. I regularly rig my 14m kite when the wind is just over 20 these days. Previously I used my 9.5 as soon as the wind hit about 18knots.

I have used my 14m X2 when most people were on kites ranging from 8-12.

it wasn't very gusty, but lulls to 25, in the gusts I was unable to walk backwards without getting lifted...
The jumps were insane, even without a lot of speed, jumps were huge, with amazing hangtime.. very controlled..

oh.. but wait, we were supposed to be talking about Rhino IIs.. oops

Nah bro let's talk about X2's as I've never ridden a Rhino....

I've ridden BIG RED though..... and that things a sod to edge against... real hard edging.....

X2's...... piece of cake....

As for Wipikas...... I know someone who's used an 8.4 AB in over 30 knots..... and he ain't an expert either... but he needs at least 15 knots to get going... a 2:1 depower.... that's not that brilliant....

My 11.5m ARX went from 10 to 20 knots.... once again 2:1 depower.... the X2 has about 2.5:1 depower.....
